Intermost Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: IMOT) announced on 16 August that IMOT Information
Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd. ("IITS"), its wholly owned subsidiary, has received approval from government authorities to acquire a 51% stake in Shenzhen Golden Anke Technology Co., Ltd. ("Golden Anke").
According to IMOT, Golden Anke is expected to record revenue of US$19 million and a net profit of US$3.8 million for the 12-month period ending June 30, 2005.
Golden Anke is a digital security imaging system provider operating in China. It offers a variety of solutions on video surveillance, digital image processing and compressing, Internet image transfers and imaging security
systems.
